Our composter uses a 3 stage process: grinding, heating, and aeration to turn everyday food waste into nutrient-rich compost in just hours.
Scraps are first ground to speed decomposition, then heated to dehydrate and reduce volume by up to 90% while eliminating odors and bacteria. Finally, aeration and mixing create a dry, crumbly compost that’s safe and ready to use.
Our composter offers 4 cycle options:
Quick (5h) for small batches, Standard (8h) for daily use, Ferment (15h) for tougher scraps, and Clean (30min) to freshen the bucket.

"This composter is perfect for us. We put our scraps is through out the day, put the machine on at night and bam we have compost for my garden. So clean and efficient. Before the GE we kept an organics bin, it was gross, it attracted bugs, was smelly and dirty to the point where we stopped doing it. Now we are back composting our daily scraps, it’s so easy."

"We bought ours in September 2025 and absolutely love it. We live in an area where we have to secure our compost bins from early spring to late October. For us that meant in our shed, and in the heat that would cause mold. Using the composter allows us to keep the bin outside. We find that the finished dehydrated compost no longer smells--remaining smell is very earthy, and not tempting for animals (on our cameras we've watched raccoons just waddling on by without pausing). Also leaves so much more room in our small bin."
"We’re happy to say we’ve already reached the 16-cup mark in our compost container! The machine has been running great, and we’ve been focusing mostly on vegetable scraps while minimizing fruits. We also started using the enzyme accelerator, and it’s been working really well — definitely a great addition. We’re excited to start applying the compost to our garden and to get the kids involved in seeing how it helps everything grow. We have a mix of wildflowers, sunflowers, berries, herbs, and vegetables like squash, corn, peas, zucchini, cucumber, and tomatoes — so it will be fun to see the impact. "I’ve been using the Green Experience composter for two weeks now and I’m genuinely happy with it. I previously had a Lomi (terrible customer service, smells horrible and they refuse to replace faulty/broken parts). The GE composter takes up way less counter space, which was a huge selling point for me. It’s surprisingly quiet—I barely notice it’s running in the background—and the smell is pretty much non-existent, even with a mix of kitchen scraps. It’s just very efficient at what it does. Also, a quick shout-out to their customer service team. I had a couple of questions when I first got it and they were super helpful and quick to get back to me.
