We are pleased to offer free delivery on all local orders within a 30 km radius of Vancouver Downtown. This complimentary service applies to addresses within the designated area and ensures a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.
Flat Rate Shipping:
For orders outside the specified delivery area, flat shipping rates and delivery times will apply. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates and reliable service to all destinations, ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Please note that the flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated using third-party shipping carries at checkout based on the delivery address provided and the quantity of products ordered.
Shipping Times:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier services. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers:
- We work with reputable third-party shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders, including Canada Post and UPS.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking:
- Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been shipped. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
