Because our raised garden beds and Kitchen Composter are different products with different uses, each one is covered by its own guarantee or warranty.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Raised Garden Beds
Our raised garden beds are backed by a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your Green Experience raised garden bed within 90 days of delivery, contact us at hello@greenexperience.ca and our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- Product support or troubleshooting
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Another appropriate resolution
Eligibility for a return or refund is subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that orders placed under promotions, discounts, bundles, or free shipping offers may be subject to different return conditions as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
1-Year Limited Warranty — Kitchen Composter
The Green Experience Kitchen Composter is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur during normal residential use.
If you experience a problem with your Kitchen Composter during the warranty period, contact us at hello@greenexperience.ca. Our team will first help troubleshoot the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
Depending on the issue, this may include:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement parts
- Repair guidance
- Product replacement
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an apparent manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
