Green Experience — Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Green Experience. We take pride in offering high-quality modular garden beds and kitchen composters. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.
1. Final Sale on Promotional Orders
Orders placed with any promotion, discount, bundle deal, or free shipping offer are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
- Seasonal sales
- Holiday promotions
- Discount codes
- Automatic discounts
- Free shipping promotions
- Percentage-off or dollar-off deals
We adopt this policy because promotional orders often involve significant discounts, lower margins, and higher shipping costs due to the size and weight of our products.
Defective or damaged items are still fully covered (see section 7).
2. Standard 90-Day Return Policy (Non-Promotional Orders)
For orders placed without any promotion, discount, or free shipping offer, we offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return under the 90-day policy:
- The item must be unused and unassembled
- It must be in the same condition in which it was received
- All items must be in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included hardware must be present
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Please note: Once a product has been assembled or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return (non-promotional orders only):
- Email us at hello@greenexperience.ca within 90 days of delivery.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
For standard (non-promotional) returns:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions apply only if the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
7. Damaged or Defective Items (Fully Covered)
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days at hello@greenexperience.ca
- Please include photos or videos for quick verification
- We will cover the cost of return shipping (if required)
- You may choose between:
- A full replacement
- A full refund
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always ensure you are taken care of in these situations.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (size, model, or color):
- Contact us first to confirm availability
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors
